Maintenance Requests

Please read before submitting Maintenance Request

Plumbing/Drains:  If drains are clogged due to hair, baby wipes, etc. — tenant will be charged.

Electrical:  If you overload a circuit with multiple extension cords and/or trip breakers – tenant will be charged.

Lights:  Light bulbs are your responsibility.

A/C:  If issues are caused by dirty filters – tenant will be charged.

Videos are available on YouTube for ALL household remedies.  Do a search and fix your issue for free. 

 

Plomería/Drenajes: Si los drenajes están obstruidos debido a cabello, toallitas húmedas para bebés, etc., se le cobrará.

Eléctrico: Si sobrecarga un circuito con múltiples cables de extensión y/o disyuntores, se le cobrará.

Luces: Las bombillas son sus responsabilidades.

Aire acondicionado: Si los problemas son causados por filtros sucios, se le cobrará.
