- Lease/Rent collection
The management of lease and rent collection is one of the more obvious functions we perform. With our computerized reporting you are in immediate touch with the financial status of your facility.
- Bill payment
Sound financial management demands that a high priority be given to the timely payment of monies. This function along with income is the backbone of sound facility management.
- Financial reporting
By supporting the two functions above with intelligent reporting, the owner(s) and/or partners are well informed. Our policy of presenting monthly reports by the first week of the following month helps prepare for future planning in a timely fashion.
- Supervision and Maintenance
We provide management and supervision of janitorial personnel, HVAC, pest control and other maintenance functions. In addition, we respond to special property maintenance requests as appropriate.
- Vacancy showing
This time consuming yet extremely important function is happily taken on by our courteous knowledgeable staff. We can quickly ascertain if a potential tenant has real interest as opposed to “window shopping.”
- Capital Improvement Estimates
Keeping loyal tenants and attracting new ones is important. Property upkeep may require capital improvements. We obtain estimates for the work required and oversee the work through satisfactory completion.
- Emergency service
Emergencies happen and we are “on the spot.” Our on-call emergency service is available 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
- Eviction coordination
WPM does not avoid the unpleasant duties such as eviction of recalcitrant tenants or from providing collection services for non-payment. We coordinate this process with an eviction attorney and, if needed, we will go to court for you.

We can help with property tax appeals, partnership reviews, capital improvements; anything that helps you improve your equity position.
